With over 31 years of professional experience, including 24 years in senior management and more than 22 years in training and development, Percy has spent his career helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.
His entrepreneurial and professional journey includes leadership positions across some of the region's most respected consulting and training organizations, including:
