We source two streams of monetization for each Member: pre-vetted brand and sponsorship leads aligned with the Member's vertical and audience, and curated affiliate programs that fit the Member's content strategically. No cold lists. No bulk templates. The Agency takes zero commission on either stream — every dollar earned accrues to the Member.
We identify, propose, and negotiate Collaborations on the Member's behalf — both within the Network and with external partners. Cross-promotional content arrangements, joint projects, and co-produced campaigns are scoped and brought to the Member with preliminary terms drafted. The Member retains full discretion. Zero commission on resulting revenue.

Reserve a Featured Video date through the Network's shared Google Calendar. A maximum of four slots are available per day across the entire cohort, protecting comment quality.
Send the finished video to Tasimbiswa Kadziyanike by wetransfer no later than two full days before the scheduled feature date. Earlier submission gives us more time to brief the cohort.
The other twenty Members receive Provided Comment Scripts — unique, voice-matched, on-topic comments drafted to fit the Featured Video, ready to use, edit, or replace.
The Featured Video goes live. Members post three comments in total per post and 1 within the first 60–90 minutes. The video enters the algorithmic test batch with at least 20 substantive comments already in place.
