The Supervisory Management Workshop is designed for supervisors, team leaders, department heads, and high-potential employees who have been identified for future leadership roles. Whether newly promoted or several years into a supervisory position, the content is structured to add value at any stage of the supervisory journey.
The workshop will be held at 15 Connaught Avenue, Avondale, Harare, on 20 July 2026
The workshop runs from 08:30 to 16:00.
Registration is completed through the online sign-up form, where you will provide your name, contact details, company information. Or register in person on the day
Yes. Companies are welcome to register more than one supervisor. This can be indicated on the registration form under the number of seats being booked, and an invoice can be arranged for the company where required.

The workshop covers seven core areas: how to self-manage, how to manage responsibly with accountability, how to manage hands-on, how to manage by delegation, how to manage for performance, how to lead a team, and on scaling the heights of leadership.
No prior formal training is required. The workshop is designed to be accessible to both newly appointed supervisors and those with existing team leadership experience.
Business or business-casual attire is recommended, in keeping with the professional nature of the workshop.
